The Nitty Gritty
2-hour minimum. Includes setup, take-down, and full use of our tables and chairs.
Rental of the Loft is by the hour with a 2-hour minimum at a rate of $150 an hour, and includes the setup and take-down with full use of our tables and chairs.
Overnight use does not permit parties or special events without rental for that purpose. No more than 4 guests are allowed to stay overnight, and no more than 6 people for gatherings outside of event rental.
Catering is provided in house by Wild Pear Restaurant & Catering. Off-premise catering is allowed for an additional $100 surcharge. Restoring the kitchen to original condition is required for off-premise caterers or self-catering. Catering equipment is not provided by Wild Pear outside of tables and chairs.
